Days 22 + 23

And the Paleo train just keeps on rolling!

Had a very unusual day 22 (a Friday), with a significantly decreased appetite. It was a solid reminder that it’s so so so important to listen to your body for when you are truly hungry, not just eating when you think you’re supposed to. I ate about half of my lunch that I brought to work, saved the rest and didn’t feel hungry again until 8:30pm!!!

Super random! But it’s all good, didn’t end up making dinner because I had enough food leftover, but the whole thing threw me for a bit of a loop since I’m used to being hungry most of the time haha.

Also, I’m meaning to cook up my first ‘Treat’ creation pretty soon, it’s 21 Day Sugar Detox approved snack courtesy of Ms. Juli of . Didn’t have the time in these days but it’s coming soon!

Day 22 (Friday):

Breakfast: Italian Sausage, Sweet Potato, Onion, Broccoli  Mushrooms and 2 eggs. Very filling, love this breakky.

Lunch: Leftover Mexican Beef Stew with Avocado

Dinner: Leftover Pork Chops with Roasted Veggies + bacon. And the leftovers of my unfinished Mexican Stew. Once my hunger came back, it came back with a vengeance.

Day 23 (Saturday)

Breakfast: BACON, Breakfast hash with Chorizo Sausage and an egg

Can’t go wrong with a well built breakfast hash!


Lunch: Turkey roll ups with Avocado and cucumber. Raw carrot and Macadamia nuts too.

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

No picture here, I’ll post when I have it for lunch on Monday!

Tomorrow is a busy food prep day, going to try to make most of my lunches/breakfasts for the week in one go – so wish me luck!
